Frequently Asked Questions

How far along do I need to be to come?

It doesn't matter! Many moms come in before they even have a positive pregnancy test to start preparing their body for pregnancy. We especially see this with second- and third-time moms who know they want to do things differently this time around.

Can I bring my partner?

Yes — and it's actually encouraged! Your partner will learn how to support you during labor and throughout pregnancy. No extra cost.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. We'll be up and trying different positions and exercises, so think leggings and a tee — not jeans.

Is this the same as a childbirth class?

No — we can't cover in 90 minutes what a full childbirth education course provides. But what we can do is give you real, actionable steps to start preparing your body right now — things most childbirth classes never touch.

What if I'm planning a c-section?

You should absolutely still come. Preparing your body and supporting baby positioning matters regardless of how your baby is born. And everything we cover — core prep, pelvic mobility, recovery planning — applies to C-section moms just as much.
